Oh my gosh............problems with my bloggie AGAIN!!!!

I did not realize that since August 20th, the post were not being viewed...aaarrggghhh!!! I have been trying to get this blog to publish these post and........nothing....so as you can see today I can only figure that someone in techyville and GOD will understand what happened but all the post are actually published and you can view them.... One more project completed...whooo HOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

Dad Album is DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! FINITO.. TERMINADO!!!!!!!! WHOO HOOO!!! Gotta tell you girls, I am ssssooooooooooo happy with my dad album. Maybe I got a little emotinal because it's my dad and all, but I love this album. It ended up being an 8.5 x 11 or is it 11 by 8.5....he,hee,hee...here's a pic of one of the inserts. Did I mention I am really REALLY, really happy with how my album turned out. I hope those of you who signed up are going to be happy...because I sure am.

I used the Pink Paislee Captivating Collection. This chipboard album actually flowed really quickly for me. I guess once you are in the zone, it just happens. This is a great kit and I made sure to leave enough embellies and paper so you girls can make some 12x12 layouts.

Gotta go, I'm off to finish another project.

It's FRIDAY.....THANK YOU GOD!!!!

I am on a frenzy here to finish off these projects for the Scrapbook Retreat. I feel like all I am doing is SCRAPBOOK RETREAT STUFF. Yikes! Believe it or not, Scrap Pink is on it's way, and that is a pretty great event. Gotta finish details on that event too. I love putting together goodies for my girls. We always have so much fun when we get so many creative women in one room. Can't wait for that.

Just so you know, I am so loving Websters Pages. They are KICKING!!!! Look at these beautiful LO's. Gotta have me some Websters soon.

15 years today, I married my soul mate..........

I had so much fun on my wedding day and laughed so hard that you can barely see my eyes open in most of the pictures. But hey, my dress was kicking!!! I think back and that day still brings some great memories. So much fun and love surrounded by my amazing family and friends. We had over 400 people at our wedding....yes, 439 to be exact. How did that happen? We are Puertorican and we procreate. What can I say? We also like to have parties. Well as you can tell by the picture, today I celebrate my 15th year wedding anniversary. Can you believe it? I think back and it really doesn't feel that long......(although when I am not a happy camper with my man...I feel like it's been a freakin lifetime...LOL). Seriously, I am one happy girl. I can honestly say that I love my husband more today than that fateful day I married him. We have grown together, have ironed out some major kinks, and have rededicated ourselves to continue to preserve the sanctity of our marriage. It has not always been easy, but golly, have we worked damn hard!!!! It continues to pay off.

So what have I learned in the past 15 years? I will share my 15 top lessons.

1. To forgive even when forgiveness is not deserved.

2. To love unconditionally although at times you truly do not FEEL LOVE.

3. That commitment is work and it's not based on emotion.

4. To remember to take care of ME....without me, this marriage would not be complete.

5. That vows are not meant to be taken lightly.

6. That humour is FREE and is a great tool for marriage.

7. Respect is indeed an ingredient that should never stray from this union.

8. That you should never loose yourself as a women in a marriage...it is a partnership.

9. To make sure my voice is heard.

10. To appreciate the little things He does for me.

11. To TELL him how much I appreciate his help.

12. To share my thoughts, because HE is not a mind reader. (WHO KNEW?)

13. That life is truly too short and I need to focus on the positive

14. To state what you mean and want and listen in return.

15. To ask GOD for help and wisdom daily, because without HIM, I would not have the marriage or the spouse I have today. My heavenly Father continues to be the center of my marriage.

I do not know what tomorrow has in store for us, but I can guarantee, that we will do whatever it takes to make sure that we continue this journey we have embarked on.

I am off to celebrate with my husband. But before I leave:

Where did the Summer go????

I have no clue, but I am running around like a crazy puertorican this week. Getting ready for school, finishing projects, cleaning the house, outings and more outings. I feel a little crazy...ok...A LOT C R A Z Y!!! Not overwhelmed yet...but sure about to get there.

For those of you who are attending the retreat...I don't know if I like you any more!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL...I'm only kitting....(Caleb talks like that..he,hee,hee). No girls, I love you so much that I am driving myself crazy...why you may ask? Well, let me tell you: because me being me, I want you to have the best time ever and I want to make sure it's over the TOP...which you should all know....THAT'S ME...over the top CROP QUEEN

I truly believe that after this retreat, I should be call: Senora EMPRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What you think? I have officially surpassed the QUEEN REALM....Ady...no reality checks here...I believe I deserve to have this delusional fantasy.....

OK, let me stop talking garbage and get back to reality. My home is a warehouse! Boxes and boxes of cra.....I mean goodies for this retreat. If anyone is desiring this event to get here like uuhhmmm NOW, I guarantee you it's me...it's me...(Imagine myself jumping up with my hand up in the air...like Welcome back Kotter. (SO SHOWING MY AGE).

Happy Tuesday my lovely friends....

I have been working diligently here...how about you? I heard many of you are on a roll with all the new goodies you are acquiring...how fun is that? To create with new yummies....actually using the yummies we buy is a treat in itself....(YOU ALL KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT!!!!!!!!!

(I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THIS POST IN COMING UP UNDERLINED.....WHAT BUTTON DID I HIT? YIKES...SORRY.....

OK...important stuff.....I was so inspired by this
This flag was made by recyclable materials....the stripes are soda bottles and the stars...can't remember..but I was so impressed with my daughter and her group at our local library. (Our librarians are pretty darn cool) Anyway, saw this and got my groove on...sketched and as soon as I get my UPS boxes today will hopefully be able to use what is in the noggin and transfer onto paper.

Can't get enough Prima...Look at the bottom layout my lovely aunt Migdalia created...can you see the Prima Vines? By the way, they have released some of the prettiest vines with butterflies for CHA Summer.

I LOVE THESE FLOWERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! DID I Mention I LOVE THEM? Ok....I created four layouts and they all have one of these babies......so cute........Ady...I can't step away..please come find me!!!!!!!!! LOL.

Trying to really finish some of these projects....

My mind is working faster than what I can put on paper. It feels sssoooooooooo good to get these projects finished. I believe I will be sharing some pics by tomorrow.

Boy did I have a busy weekend...Friday I had my niece and nephew over. Those two are hilarious. Had me rolling with their antics. On Saturday, me and my buddy Vanessa went shopping...where else...but to a Scrapbooking store...hee,hee,hee. We had a store credit and let me tell you it was pretty hard to shop when you have a hefty budget and you have to make critical decisions...such as...hhhmmmm...paper or glue? LOL. Lunch at Lime was yummy too. Thanks Vane for taking that trip with me. Yes...the big umbrella joke was funny GIRL...... although Jacqueline continues to think you were trying to kill her...LOL....

I then met up with hubby, son, sis and bro-in-law and went to see GI JOE. LOVED IT.
He is such a cutie pie and Mr Wayan was hysterically funny...did not expect any less.

She almost made me want to become a redhead........Why can't we clean the kitchen, do floors, clean bathrooms and still look hot!!!!????????? So having a chat with GOD about that!!!!

OK...she was HOT. (Sienna Miller) kicked some might fine rumpus and looked Darn well doing it...maybe playing the bad role helped too. But boy oh boy...the shoes in this movie...sigh...

She gave walking on heels a totally new name..... Do you think if I buy the suit I'll look like her? LOL..................OMG.............that was funny.

Coming up for some air.......

Hi there my wonderful bloggie friends. I am on full speed for the Scrapbooking retreat. I have a MESS!!!! My Scraproom is FULL with unfinished projects waiting for some CHA goodness and I have not cleaned my Kitchen table for at least 2 weeks!!!! YIKES!!! It has mountains of flowers, paper, catalogues...Hay Dios mio..Had to stop and kind of take inventory of where I am at.....

Nothing like a good cup of tea or CAFE CON LECHE to make me happy.............

Some new goodies coming in our way.....

Ok my lovely gals.....I promise....this is some good stuff!!!

I love myself some new product. BUT I LOVE IT EVEN BETTER WHEN It's something that I can actually use OFTEN. You know what I am talking about!!!!!!

I want to show you some of my ALL TIME favorites as of today. There are a ton of them, so as I go experimenting here I promise to share the GOOD and the BAD...(OK not the bad...It has to be really UGLY and BAD for me to say something). I will be elaborating more on this tools and kits during the next couple of weeks as I finish my projects....lots of goodies on the tables right now.

Here is my list for today.

Gotta love this tool. Darn...IT"S PINK!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come on peeps...work with me. PINK. Too darn cute, but the zing that you work with is DELISH!!!! I am thinking about doing a little FLIP video on this one something within the next month.
YOU Have got to get this................NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 24 of these babies flew right off the shelves....do not despair I ordered another 24. This has got to be one of my favorite tools. This Mini attacher from our FAV Tim Holtz is the best stapler I HAVE EVER USED!!!! It's perfect for scrapbooking and it staples through acrylic, paper, chipboard and (I even used it on light metal sheets) LIKE BUTTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I promise this is going to be one of those tools that you are going to say......It was worth every penny. GET ONE!!!! I promise you will thank me. This craft sheet from Tattered Angels is the BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are HUGE and I love it because as I have been on a Tattered ANGEL GLITTER MIST CRAZE, it seems that sometimes the spray has gotten a bit ahead of me....sprayed the kitchen counter the dinning room table and ok, ok...it got on the tile too....who knew? But let me tell you the darn stuff came off with some Lysol Kitchen cleaner. (IT DID NOT COME OFF MY LOVELY WHITE SHIRT...but who decides to glitter mist with a new white shirt....yup...Me...sigh) Any hoo...great craft mat.

A sneakky peakky at the Teresa Friend Album I am teaching a the Beach Retreat.....I think I will have some of these left over...I will post more on this later.

Yup...these have shipped and are on their way....They are called T-DROPS. And they even have the metal attachers for you to simply open and attach to your altered projects...HAY DIOS MIO...be still my heart. They come in blue, black, white, and red.....(TERESA COLLINS? GIRL...WHAT HAPPENED TO SOME PINK?....I am so having a chat with her!!! lol)

WEBSTERS PAGES KIT....A SWEET LIFE....oh my, oh my, oh my....I only have 6 of these left, so make sure to give me a holler if you want one of these babies...I will be posting some LO real soon on this baby.

Happy Birthday CALEB!!!

MY beautiful FAVORITE nephew's birthday was yesterday. (It's besides the point that HE IS MY ONLY NEPHEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I was able to pick him up in the morning, went shopping (really easy and the most inexpensive shopping trips I take when I am with this little one)....all he wants is bubble stuff and CARS stuff....sigh....to be FOUR again.

After our little excursion we went Steve's Pizza...it's a YUMMO local Pizzeria. (HIS PICK)

LOL!!!! His pizza slice is bigger than him...LOL...

This is how the conversation went down on Sunday.

ME: Caleb, I am going to pick you up on Tuesday morning and take you shopping for your birthday.

CALEB: YEAH..yeah Titi Mary. I'm gonna be with you all day!!!

ME: No Caleb. I have to bring you back early, because your Daddy and Mom have something special planned for you.

CALEB: But I want to be with you all day.

ME: That's really nice kiddo...but Daddy and mommy have a really cool surprise for you.

CALEB: But I want to stay with you.........sigh.....ok....you can bring me back.

ME: Thank you Caleb. I appreciate you for coming to terms and agreeing with the adult plans that have been set forth for you kiddo. Do you want me to take you out for breakfast or lunch?

CALEB: (AFTER SOME HEAVY THINKING HERE) Titi Mary is Pizza breakfast or lunch?

ME: That would be lunch my little one.

CALEB: Then I want lunch Titi Mary. I want yummy pizza...where you (taken )me and Alyssa.

Oh to be four again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How I love this little boy. I only wish him the best. I pray that God continue to bless him giving him health, joy, happiness and lots of wisdom as he continues to grow and learn about himself....oh to be FOUR again.

Life is good my frieds....life is good.
