Scrap Book Retreat 2009

As many of you know, we have been working diligently to bring Scrapbook Designs Beach Retreat to Florida in 2009. I am very proud and thrilled to announce that we will be celebrating this event in beautiful Sanibel Island in Florida, September 11 - 13, 2009. We will be staying in the beautiful SANIBEL HARBOUR RESORT & SPA. Take a look at this......

Of course we will be scrapbooking all weekend long!!!! In the case that YOU DO want to take a break, the facilities are home to a world renown spa......massage anyone? LOL. The weekend will be full of surprises, and some great fun.

Registration will be open tomorrow and will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Project Kit anyone?

Hey there peeps....I have 20 of these left. They are super cute and are going for $11.00. This is a mini chipboard house...adorable!!!

GOLD ANYONE?

OMG....how many of you saw that swimming relay race last night? HELLO!!!!! Those BOYS ROCKED!!! We were screaming so loud in our house I think they heard us over in the next state.
Jason Lezak, Michael helps, Garret Weber-Gale and Cullen Jones bring home the gold.

This man (LEZAK) is truly an amazing athlete. To see the distance that he had to close was a pretty amazing thing to watch. I am so positive that this will be one for the books of history. I am sure, my grandchildren will be talking about this one!

He touched the pad 0.08 of a second earlier than the french swimmer....talk about destiny!
It was simply their time!

Happy Friday!!!!!

I am so happy it's Friday. Went to 3 stores yesterday, and nope, nada, absolutely NOT! They do not have my battery charger for my camera. So I am about to order one today. Hay Dios mio...the little details in life..sigh.
So unfortunately...NO PICS on the good stuff here. Margie is going to take pics for me and I will post tomorrow morning....sorry gang.

Now onto some happy stuff. ScrapPink is so HOT this year! I am super happy with the way the goodie bags are shaping up, thank you very much. As of today ScrapPInk is SOLD OUT for the Saturday Session. I still have several spots available for Friday's Session. Oh, the goodies coming our way are DELISH!!!

Information for the Scrapbooking Retreat 2009 will be posted sometime next week. I am still working on some of the details and want to make sure that all is sealed and signed before I commit.
Just want to give you a peek at something......this just might be the place....
Yup....looks really good to me where I am standing. Hopefully you can make it here, enjoy the view and have a strawberry daiquiri with me! OF COURSE WE SHALL BE SCRAPING LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW!!!! LOL.

Some wonderful classes and crops coming up such as Croptoberfest, the annual class, the 10 reasons, YUP!!!! a 24 HOUR CROP!!!!! and my Christmas Class and Crop are all being planned out. I am getting the calendar and the locations ready to go. Will keep you posted.

August kit

Hello everyone. I have almost sold out of the August kits. I know, I know. I did not even post them. It seems that every time customers came over they would simply pick one up. Sigh, it's all good. I would love to give you a picture but I CAN'T! This is not making this puertorican very happy. So I am off to purchase ANOTHER battery charger for my camera as the original one is missing in action. I will come back, some time today, and post the pictures you are all so anxiously waiting for.

Hello peeps...

I am not a ghost...no I did not disappear off the face of the earth...you are all so funny...I got so many emails asking me to update, asking to make sure I was alright...Thank you all for your concern.
The truth is....I was tired...still tired...but I am on the road to recovery. I just had to take a break and honestly, I just visited some of the blogs I love the most and kinda CHILLED. It was nice.
Now...back to work.

To start off with....My CALEB IS 3!!!!

My favorite little boy in the whole wide world...(My son is now a BIG BOY) is 3!!!! He is absolutely delicious. For those of you who know me...know that I have a deep unconditional, special, fantastic, unbelievable amount of LOVE for my nephew...he is a riot. His smile makes me happy. When he opens his arms and screams TITI MARY...aaahhhggghhh..I'm lost. That boy has me wrapped around his little finger! DELICIOUS!!! Happy birthday my little man!

IN HONOR OF CALEB'S MILESTONE....I AM HAVING A RAK!!! (OR SHOULD I SAY....3 RAKS!!!) Just leave a post here, and I will be picking out 3 winners this Friday!!! Some good stuff in those RAKS!!! GOOD LUCK!

Now onto some SCRAPPY news...the annual class was postponed due to some Health issues that I will not go into, but let it suffice that I was one scared puertorican this past Saturday. Thank God Almighty that it is all good and the amazing thing is that REST really does restore the body! WOW! I know...I know!!! Ask any mom...how many of you are really rested? LOL!

Scrap PInk is coming along very nicely. I have a full house on Friday and I have 2 spots open for THE Saturday session. Please be patient for those who I have not sent the pay pal invoices...I am getting there. Slowly, but surely.

For the month of August I asked various designers to create 2 page layouts with supplies that I gave them....so on Monday, I will begin showing the first set of designers for the week. Thank you all for participating. You all ROCK!!!!

I am getting the details for the Beach Retreat 2009 ironed out. I will begin registration sometime next week. Keep an eye out for this event...it's really one of my favorites!!!

The following are some layouts that are for the $50.00 for 10 page class. This class will be held at the Scrap and Elegance Scrapbook Store.
