IT'S BIRTHDAY TIME!!!!!!!!!!!

I begin my birthday celebrations...(yup you read right...celebrationS) with a luncheon with some absolutely FABULOUS women. This was one of the best parties I have ever had. The meal was simply, the cakes were home made, the group was small and intimate and the guest were TOP NOTCH!!!!

Jacqueline made me TWO CAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me tell you I AM so glad I listened to her because those cakes were consumed!!!! NO LEFT OVERS!!!! YUMMO!!!!!

It's difficult to sum up what I feel for each and every individual that shared this day with me yesterday. If I could only use 3 word to describe these special women in my life AND WHAT THEY HAVE TAUGHT ME, it would be the following.

Lina is BEAUTIFUL, SUCCESSFUL, NO-NONSENSE Emily is HAPPINESS, FAITHFUL, KIND

Keziah is SWEET, NICE, TENDER

Suzy is CHEERFUL, CAREFREE, TAKE-CHARGE

Margie is FAITHFUL, TRUE, FUNNY

Elizabeth is STRONG, ORGANIZER, TENACIOUS

Shenny is HYSTERICAL, JOYFUL, CONSIDERATE

Noemi is SMART, TENDER-HEARTED, DEVOTED

Pura is THOUGHTFUL, CONSIDERATE, TALENTED

Smirna is a LEADER, INDEPENDENT, SURVIVOR

I AM BLESSED, LOVED AND A BETTER WOMAN BECAUSE OF THESE WOMEN.....AND the amazing thing is......I can call them MY FRIENDS
